Desktop computer aio case manufacturers

When selecting a Desktop Computer Aio Case, you must prioritize screen compatibility (size and resolution), typically ranging from 21.5 to 34 inches. Ensure the internal chassis supports standard Thin-ITX or ITX motherboards to avoid proprietary hardware lock-in. Critical thermal management features include dedicated ventilation for the CPU and GPU and support for low-profile cooling fans. Additionally, verify the VESA mount compatibility and the quality of the integrated power supply unit (PSU), ensuring it provides sufficient wattage (typically 200W-450W) for the intended hardware configuration.

High-quality AIO cases should utilize SGCC or SECC galvanized steel for the internal frame to provide electromagnetic shielding and structural rigidity. The exterior should feature ABS+PC fire-retardant plastics or aluminum alloy for better heat dissipation. Pay close attention to the hinge durability of the stand; it should support at least 20,000 tilt cycles without loosening. For the display panel integration, ensure the case uses A-grade panels (if included) with no dead pixels and a brightness level of at least 250 nits.

To clear customs and ensure user safety, the product must meet CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. If the case includes a built-in monitor, it should comply with Energy Star for power efficiency and IEC 62368-1 for audio/video and ICT equipment safety. For the North American market, UL or ETL certification for the internal power adapter is highly recommended to mitigate fire hazards and liability risks.

Yes, most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. This includes silk-screen logo printing, custom BIOS splash screens, and tailored I/O port configurations (e.g., adding extra USB 3.0 or Type-C ports). For bulk orders, you can also request customized packaging that passes ISTA 3A drop tests to ensure the integrated screen survives international transit.

The biggest risk is screen breakage during transit. You should mandate the use of EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam rather than cheap EPS foam, and ensure the outer carton is double-walled corrugated fiberboard. For large shipments, use palletization with plastic wrap to prevent moisture ingress and minimize handling damage. Always negotiate 1% to 2% spare parts (FOC) for components like stands, cables, or plastic bezels to handle minor shipping damages.

Focus on the BOM (Bill of Materials) transparency. Ask for a breakdown of the screen cost versus the chassis cost. Typical MOQs for customization start at 100-500 units, but you can negotiate a sample order (1-5 units) first to verify build quality. For long-term partnerships, request tiered pricing where the unit cost drops by 5-8% as volume doubles. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released upon proof of shipment.

Conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) focusing on three areas: Functional Testing (powering on the screen, checking all USB/Audio ports), Safety Testing (Hi-pot test for the PSU), and Visual Inspection (checking for gaps in the casing or scratches on the panel). Ensure the inspector verifies the plug type matches your target country's standard (e.g., UL for USA, VDE for Europe).

Verify the HS Code (typically 847330 for computer parts or 847141 for complete systems) to calculate accurate import duties. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that may apply to electronic displays in certain regions. Work with a freight forwarder who specializes in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) if you want to simplify the process, or use FOB (Free On Board) to maintain control over your shipping costs and carrier selection.
