Large screen phone manufacturers

When selecting large screen phones (typically 6.7 inches and above), you must prioritize Display Technology and Battery Capacity. Ensure the screen uses AMOLED or OLED panels for better energy efficiency and color accuracy, with a minimum resolution of FHD+ (2400 x 1080). Given the high power consumption of large displays, a battery of at least 5000mAh with 33W+ Fast Charging support is essential to meet professional user expectations.

Compliance is non-negotiable for electronics. For the US market, devices must have FCC certification and UL/ETL for chargers. For the EU, CE marking and RoHS compliance (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are mandatory. Additionally, ensure the lithium batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) reports to facilitate legal and safe international shipping.

You must confirm that the devices support the specific 4G/5G LTE bands used by carriers in the destination country. Request a Network Band List from the supplier and cross-reference it with local providers (e.g., B2/B4/B12 for North America or B1/B3/B7/B20 for Europe). Prioritize Global Version firmware to ensure Google Mobile Services (GMS) and multi-language support are pre-installed.

Implement a Three-Stage Inspection process. First, request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) focusing on Screen Dead Pixels, Touch Sensitivity, and Housing Alignment. Second, verify the IMEI consistency between the software, hardware, and packaging. Third, perform a Battery Stress Test to ensure the actual capacity matches the advertised specifications, maintaining a variance of less than 5%.

Always source from Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who hold ISO 9001 certifications. Use Secure Payment Services like Star-Direct or Escrow to ensure funds are only released after quality verification. Avoid deals that are significantly below market price, as these often indicate 'Grade B' components or refurbished motherboards disguised as new.

Focus on Long-term Warranty Terms rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for a 1% to 2% Spare Parts Allowance (screens, batteries, charging ports) included in the bulk price to handle local RMAs. For orders exceeding 500 units, request OEM Branding (logo silk-screening and custom boot animation) to increase your brand equity and market defensibility.

Mobile phones are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9) due to lithium batteries. Ensure the supplier uses PI967 packaging standards (batteries contained in equipment). Use Air Freight for high-value electronics to minimize transit time and humidity exposure, and always purchase Full Cargo Insurance covering the CIF value plus 10% to protect against theft or damage during transit.

Verify the HS Code (typically 8517.13) to determine the exact import duty and VAT rates in your country. Ensure the Commercial Invoice clearly states the IMEI numbers and Country of Origin. Work with a licensed Customs Broker to ensure all Telecommunications Licenses (like WPC in India or ANATEL in Brazil) are filed correctly to avoid port seizures.
