Lpg nozzle price manufacturers

When comparing prices, you must look beyond the sticker cost and evaluate the material composition and safety ratings. High-quality nozzles are typically made of corrosion-resistant brass or stainless steel to withstand high pressure. Ensure the nozzle features a low-leakage design (often measured in cc per disconnect) to minimize gas loss and enhance safety. A cheaper nozzle often lacks heavy-duty internal seals (Viton or Nitrile), which leads to a shorter lifespan and higher long-term costs.

Pricing is heavily influenced by certification costs. For global trade, ensure the products meet UL 125 (for US markets), CE/EN 13760 (for European markets), or ATEX directives for explosive atmospheres. Nozzles with ISO 9001 manufacturing certification and Pi-mark (TPED) for pressure equipment usually command a premium but are essential for legal compliance and insurance purposes in cross-border trade.

The price varies significantly based on the coupling type: Italian (Dish), ACME (US), Bayonet (UK), or Euro-connector. Sourcing a universal or multi-standard nozzle may increase the unit price but reduces inventory complexity. For high-traffic commercial filling stations, you should invest in heavy-duty nozzles with 360-degree swivels to prevent hose kinking, whereas manual dispensing nozzles for small cylinders are more economically feasible for low-volume retailers.

B2B buyers can achieve significant Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions by leveraging volume. Most suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer tiered pricing; for instance, an order of 500+ units can reduce the per-unit cost by 15-25% compared to sample orders. Always factor in the cost of replacement parts (like trigger springs and seals)—suppliers who provide repair kits at a discount offer better long-term value.

Always utilize Secure Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For LPG nozzles, it is critical to request a Pressure Test Report and a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) before the final balance is paid. Engaging a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or BV) to perform a random leak test on the production lot is a highly recommended safety precaution.

Focus your negotiation on warranty terms and spare parts availability rather than just the unit price. A supplier offering a 24-month warranty is often a better partner than one offering a 5% discount with no support. Ask for OEM/ODM customization (such as branding the nozzle handle) to add value to your local market distribution, and negotiate for FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over your international shipping costs.

LPG nozzles are precision instruments; ensure the supplier uses individual anti-static packaging and moisture-proof vacuum sealing to prevent oxidation during sea freight. Since these are pressure-related components, ensure the HS Code (typically 8481.80) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays. For shipping to specific regions, verify if the carrier requires a Non-Hazardous Material Declaration, as the nozzles are empty but are associated with gas industries.
