Nano sprayer gun manufacturers

When evaluating a Nano Sprayer Gun, prioritize the atomization efficiency and nozzle material. Look for units equipped with copper or stainless steel nozzles rather than plastic to prevent clogging and corrosion. The battery capacity should be at least 2000mAh to 4800mAh to ensure a continuous working time of 2-3 hours. Additionally, verify the spray distance, which typically ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, and ensure the device features adjustable flow control to manage the volume of liquid dispensed.

As electronic devices often used with disinfectants, they must meet specific safety standards. For the US market, ensure the product has FCC certification and the battery is UL certified. For the EU market, CE marking (LVD and EMC directives) and RoHS compliance are mandatory. If the device is marketed for medical disinfection, it may require FDA registration or EPA establishment numbers. Always request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and UN38.3 test report for the lithium battery to facilitate legal transport.

True 'Nano' sprayers utilize high-pressure air pumps and specialized atomizing nozzles to produce droplets under 10-30 microns. You should request a video demonstration showing the 'dry mist' effect—the mist should not leave surfaces soaking wet immediately. For durability, check if the internal pipes are alcohol-resistant silicone and if the shell is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. Ask the supplier for a life-cycle test report indicating the pump's motor hours (ideally >500 hours).

Nano Sprayer Guns are versatile for disinfection in public spaces (offices, schools, gyms), hair salon treatments, and indoor humidification. However, compatibility is critical: ensure the device is rated for alcohol-based liquids (up to 75%), diluted bleach, or quaternary ammonium compounds. Warn suppliers if you intend to use corrosive or viscous liquids, as these require reinforced internal seals and specific pump types to prevent premature failure.

The biggest risk involves the Lithium Battery regulations. Batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9). If not declared correctly with UN38.3 and PI967 packaging standards, the shipment may be seized or returned by customs. Furthermore, ensure the liquid tank is empty and dry before shipping to avoid moisture damage to the circuit board or being flagged as a chemical hazard during transit.

Start by requesting a paid sample to test the atomization quality and battery life. Use the Diamond Member filter on Made-in-China.com to find audited suppliers. Negotiate a Quality Assurance Agreement where the final payment (usually 70%) is only released after a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) confirms the defect rate is below 1.5% (AQL 2.5).

Always conduct transactions through Secured Trading services provided by the platform to protect your funds. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the warranty period (minimum 12 months) and the specific after-sales compensation terms (e.g., 1% spare parts provided free of charge or credit for defective units in the next order).

Since these products are lightweight but bulky (high volumetric weight), consider sea freight (LCL) for orders over 2 cubic meters to significantly reduce unit costs. For smaller trial orders, use air express but ask the supplier to optimize the color box dimensions to minimize the dimensional weight. Consolidating orders from different suppliers into one container can also save on port charges and customs clearance fees.
