Pyrolysis price manufacturers

The price is primarily driven by the automation level (Batch, Semi-continuous, or Fully Continuous) and the daily processing capacity (measured in tons per day). Fully continuous systems command a premium due to their ability to operate 24/7 with minimal labor. Additionally, the reactor material (e.g., Q345R boiler steel vs. stainless steel) and the heating method (indirect vs. direct) significantly impact the initial investment and long-term durability.

Buyers must ensure the equipment meets local emission standards for exhaust gas, wastewater, and dust. Key certifications include ISO 14001 for environmental management and CE or UL certification for machinery safety. High-quality plants should feature a three-stage dedusting system (water spray, ceramic ring filter, and magnetic water scrubbing) to ensure the flue gas meets international environmental benchmarks.

The type of feedstock—whether waste tires, plastics, oil sludge, or biomass—dictates the necessary pretreatment equipment (like shredders or dryers) and the feeding system. For instance, processing PVC or PET plastics requires specialized acid-resistant liners and chlorine removal systems, which will increase the total procurement cost compared to standard tire pyrolysis setups.

Focus on the oil yield rate, energy consumption per ton, and cooling efficiency. A superior system utilizes horizontal 360-degree rotating reactors for uniform heating and shell-and-tube condensers to maximize oil recovery. You should also verify the non-condensable gas recycling system, which allows the plant to reuse syngas for heating, drastically reducing operational fuel costs.

Always mandate a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by agencies like SGS or Intertek. For pyrolysis plants, specifically request a pressure vessel leak test and a trial run of the rotation mechanism. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Test Certificate (MTC) for the reactor steel to verify it can withstand high-temperature corrosion over a 5-10 year lifespan.

Do not negotiate on price alone; instead, negotiate for extended warranties on core components (like the reactor) and the inclusion of critical spare parts (seals, rollers, and burners). Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payments are only released upon meeting specific shipment milestones. Requesting a detailed foundation drawing and installation layout as part of the contract is vital for site preparation.

Pyrolysis reactors are Oversized Cargo (OOG) and usually require Flat Rack or Open Top containers. Confirm the Incoterms clearly; CIF or DAP is often preferred for large projects to ensure the supplier handles the complex logistics. Furthermore, ensure the contract includes on-site installation guidance or remote video commissioning by the supplier's engineers to avoid costly setup errors.

Utilize Letter of Credit (L/C) for large-scale investments to protect your capital. Verify the supplier's Export License and their history of successful international installations. It is highly recommended to source through Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com, as they undergo rigorous on-site verification of their manufacturing capabilities and business legitimacy.
