Soya milk machine manufacturers

When sourcing for B2B purposes, prioritize motor power (typically 800W to 2500W) and grinding speed (RPM) to ensure a smooth texture without residue. Look for 304 or 316 food-grade stainless steel construction for all parts in contact with food to prevent corrosion. Additionally, evaluate the heating method; surround induction heating is preferred over bottom-only heating to prevent scorching and ensure the milk is thoroughly cooked to eliminate anti-nutritional factors like trypsin inhibitors.

To ensure legal entry and consumer safety, the machines must carry CE marking for the European market or UL/ETL certification for North America. Since these are food-processing appliances, FDA or LFGB food contact safety reports are essential. Furthermore, ensure the supplier provides RoHS certification to confirm the absence of hazardous substances in electronic components.

Filter-less (high-speed grinding) technology is increasingly popular because it reduces cleaning time by up to 50% and minimizes waste, which is a significant operational advantage for restaurants or hotels. However, for industrial production where a perfectly clear liquid is required, traditional centrifugal systems or external press filters may still be necessary to achieve the desired mouthfeel. High-speed brushless DC motors are the current industry standard for achieving the fineness required for filter-less operation.

For small cafes or office use, a 1.5L to 2.5L capacity is sufficient. For industrial or canteen use, look for large-scale commercial boilers with capacities ranging from 20L to 100L per hour. Ensure the supplier offers modular components, allowing you to replace grinding heads or heating elements without discarding the entire unit, which significantly improves long-term ROI.

Always mandate a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency. Specifically, request a Hi-Pot test (High Potential test) to check for electrical insulation safety and a functional test where the machine runs a full cycle with water. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced export packaging, such as double-walled corrugated boxes with molded foam inserts or wooden crates for bulk commercial units, to prevent transit damage.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (e.g., extra blades, seals, and gaskets) to be included at no extra cost, typically representing 2-3% of the order value. For large orders, request a staggered payment term (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% after inspection but before shipment) to maintain leverage over quality control.

Before finalizing the order, confirm the voltage and plug type (e.g., 110V/60Hz for US, 220V/50Hz for EU/UK). Mismatched electrical specs are a common reason for returns. For shipping, if you are importing large commercial units, Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical, but ensure the Incoterms are clearly defined—FOB (Free On Board) is recommended for buyers who have their own freight forwarder to better control costs and timelines.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is only released once shipping is confirmed. To protect your brand, if you are doing OEM/ODM, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and ensure your logo and design files are protected by trademark registrations in both the sourcing and destination countries.
